As part of HD Hyundai Group's ongoing efforts to reinforce human rights management, HD Hyundai Oilbank has established a Human Rights Management Division under the ESG Working Group, with the aim of actively promoting human rights in 2022. And, we issue a Human Rights Management Declaration signed by our CEO, pledging to actively practice human rights management that respects and fulfills our social responsibilities to our employees, customers, shareholders, suppliers, local communities, and the government.

Human Rights Impact Assessment

HD Hyundai Oilbank conducted a human rights impact assessment based on the guidelines of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and UNGP* to establish a human rights-centered management system.
The results, utilized as key indicators for advancing human rights management and mitigating potential risks related to human rights management for the company.
