‘Good Service Bank!’

Hyundai Oilbank Gas Station makes an effort to improve the quality of differentiated customer service with its slogan as the center, ‘Good Service Bank!’ We allocated a service expert called MD (Market Designer) nationwide to systemically manage cleanliness and quality service of gas stations and run promotions for each region including concerts, festivals and affiliate programs. We are also operating a variety of programs to upgrade the class of our gas stations such as ‘Service Campaign’ that lets customers select the excellent gas station, ‘Dream Team’ that provides service demonstration and staff training, ‘Customer Service Manual’ for standardized service, ‘Service Leader Academy’ for gas station owners and other guest events. In addition, we expand the Point Rewards Program by partnering up with various types of business including department stores, online shops, automobiles, food and beverages and many more.
